I was farming this trial, and on the 5th clear the piece I wanted finally dropped, I won the roll. While waiting for the item to be placed in my inventory, we got the message on screen that the trial had ended. No one got anything, my bags were NOT full, I did not disconnect, It just ended before loot could be collected, I've submitted in game tickets, and the gm's have said they cannot/will not do anything about it, because even though the item is rightfully mine, it was never in my inventory... This doesn't seem like a fair way to treat a customer who has been playing since launch.
