135 weapon damage scaling

<sigh> ok read carefully... an opinion goes something like this "the 135 weapon damage is too low it should be more" if you know how to read you will understand i did not say that. an expectation is not an opinion. in fact my OP was so far from an opinion that it is actually a question.

2nd for a billionth time i was not talking about dps but weapon damage. the number in the weapon. if you know how to read you will see it says weapon damage and not dps... okthxbai
