FINAL STATIC looking for DRG / MNK , preffered at least T11 experience

Hi,

FINAL STATIC from Shiva is recruiting now for MNK / DRG for Final Coil progression and eventually Alexander raids in 3.0. We currently have multi kill experience in T10/T11 and were on last phase T12 before one of our members left. Some of our players have T12 kill experience and T13 up to 50%.

Ideally we are looking for someone with at least T11 kill experience but other good candidates will be considered if they prove to be fitting well into the team.

COMMON GOAL - the main point of this static is to enjoy end game raiding in FFXIV together. We want to re-build our static that will progress through FCOB and eventually Alexander when 3.0 expansion comes out. We are not aiming for World/Server firsts but we are looking for very good players that can learn easily new mechanics and play well with others.

These are key ATTRIBUTES we are looking for in every member of Final Static:

- Respect others - treat other members in the way you would like to be treated. First step - be punctual!
- Attendance - always do whatever you can to be present on raid days. If you can't make it - let others know beforehand. There may be times when the group will need to find a replacement if that's necessary for sustaining Static's progress
(loot lockouts etc.)
- Always try to do your best - come to Raids with right attitude. Be positive. There will be times when we may hit wall (!) but with the right mindset nothing will stop us
- Come prepared - not just equipment (make sure you have right food/poisons ready on raid day) but also make sure you watch relevant guides beforehand. We are not expecting to pick up all mechanics straight away but at least let's make sure we know them in theory.
- Be honest - if you have something to say - do it! Don't keep things to yourself and let it affect you.

REQUIREMENTS

- enjoy playing FFXIV - we want to have a group of players that will have fun playing together not just in Coil - let's support eachother in Relic progression, dungeons or Extreme Primals farming
- your class in static need to be your Main - this is to ensure your gear is good enough for the challenges we will face
- create profile on Final Static Guildwork page - we need to be able to communicate with each other outside of game interface
- frequently update your attendance status and check forum for updates - things always happen but if you won't be able to make it for raid day make sure you let others know in advance
- be able to join Team Speak for communication during raids
- ability to purchase Heavensward expansion when released - this is hopefully long term static that aims to stay together for a while….
