Getting caught up on story I skipped

So I ended up skipping everything after the 2.0 story and now I am regretting it lol I am now in the 2.5 story at the c-something fight with no idea what's going on and sad cause of it

What's the best way to g eery caught up? I'm tempted to start a new character and do it right lol but I've invested way too much so is the Inn room sufficent? Or is there a good summary online? Any suggestions?

The quests in the journal give you the run down.

Can watch every thing in the inn. You get the major stuff at less.
Lots of videos. I think I spent 4 hours watching videos as I also skipped them.

Second, make another char or check the journal in your inn.

I'd bet Youtube probably has something. The cut scenes are available at the inn, there's text in the journal. I'm not sure about the bits of dialog from NPCs outside of cut scenes though. Probably not necessary if you just want to know what the story is rather than knowing every little detail verbatim.

A little while back I did a basic summary of 2.00 through 2.40. I'm going to update it through 2.55 after the next patch comes out, in anticipation of Heavensward.

Wow that's a heck of a summary lol very detailed it's exactly what I was looking for I'll definitely read it to catch up and watch the cs in my inn with it for a coolness factor since some of the cs are pretty sweet
