Seasonal (Little Ladies Day) Achievement Unlock Failed

I'm sure this is going to be escalated quite high to get this resolved, but I'm not sure of where else to start. Sunday night (the 15th), I completed the last quest for the seasonal quest line for Little Ladies Day. Upon finishing the clicking the accept option my game sat for several seconds, whereupon I was able to move around and select other targets. Before eventually disconnecting me when I tried to port to the Ul'Dah main Aetheryte. This is a normal occurrence for me, as I have pretty terrible internet, so I thought nothing of it as I had already stayed up too late and needed to go to work early in the morning. Today, I logged in and much to my chagrin neither the achievement, nor the quest item, had properly registered for me. This has never happened before when I experienced this issue. It always considers the quest complete and sends me on my merry way. This would be the first seasonal event since the game's release that I would not have, and as someone who once played 500 matches of Battlefield 2 three days before their servers shut down, just so I could get an achievement, I cannot have this on my conscience. Who would I need to speak with to get this rectified?

You need to contact SE Support via phone/chat/email (the only tech support here is community run), but I wouldn't get your hopes up as (and I really do hope that I'm wrong) as I think they'll tell you they can't do anything now the event has passed.

Would you suggest just the regular SE Support stuff, or is there something a little more advanced that I could use? I'm sure the run-of-the-mill support staffer will tell me it's not possible, but I'm sure getting high enough up the chain anything is possible.

You'd need to go via the main support staff (this is a support query after all). If you can get them to escalate it, great, but (and I mean no disrespect here) I don't really see how you can jump higher up the chain without going through the normal support staff otherwise everyone would be doing it, defeating the point of having the support team.

No disrespect taken at all. I just wasn't sure whether there was a specific chain I could contact for these types of issues or if I just needed the general line. The escalation aspect is secondary in that I'll take this to Yoshi-P himself if I need to. Haha. Thanks for your help though. Gonna try and submit a ticket now or whatever. The quicker this is over the better.

Well, a week later and this is precisely why I knew I would need to talk to someone higher up the chain, or talk to someone at all really. I submitted a ticket through the support site only to get a generic response, the email is from "Template@Sheet"; just insulting, stating GMs couldn't help. So I send another ticket, this time selecting the "Other" option, only to get another generic response from the same alias telling me to post in the "Bug Report" section of the forum. So, I do. Unfortunately, I do not do so in the proper format (my fault entirely), so I have to resubmit. Only for it to be placed in the "Not A Bug" sub-forum. This. Is. Ridiculous. I want support. I want to talk to a living breathing human being on what happened and who I need to talk to in order for it to be fixed. I'm tired of this run-around. This is the worst customer service I've experience in a long time.

Unfortunately, they put it in the 'not a bug' forum because it really is not a bug. There is a warning right on the event page for every event both seasonal and limited time, that states the event quests cannot be completed once the event ends, and you happen to have dc'd right as you were turning in the quest but before the game could register it and then failed to log in again until after the event was taken down. Sorry, but you'll have to wait till next year when they put it in the cash shop.
