Unable to receive Atma of the Archer

I have done over 100 fates in North Shroud...At 12% drop rate I would say something is wrong.

Or, ya know, you're getting that 88% of nothingness. I spent 4 hours in the shroud, post-buff. No matter the drop rates now, rng is rng and it's working as intended

Took me 2 days of fates to get that one.
I may take longer than getting a PhD, but it'll eventually drop.
