Glad I'm not the only one wrangling with this too. They USED to clear up by the next day after I "Closed" them in the GUI or from the link in the email notice I would get (haven't gotten an email yet though, just notices in game so far). Have a history of reports over the past year, and this is the first time that it just flat out refused to go away. Finally broke down after 2 days of it not clearing and actually typed a reply, basically a complaint about it not clearing and asking them if there is something that can be done on their end to make it stop popping back up.

Guess I'll find out for sure tonight when I get home from work.
