    Report harassment tool is buggy.

    So I had reported a number of rmt people over the past week, and now the 'new support mail' icon keeps flashing next to my game clock.

    I have gone through every single item in my history and closed each 'ticket'. The icon keeps flashing.

    The icon goes away if I zone, and then I get popup orange text saying I received a new message from support, within 1-2 minutes, and the icon begins flashing again.

    This issue happens on 2 computers and my ps4, and no clear way to get the tool to stop alerting me.

    Really demotivates me from reporting in the future if this harasses me almost as much as RMT...

    Please help me fix this.

    Me too - I finally just moved the icon to an out of the way place so I wasn't staring at it. I bug reported it once, and it went away, but not sure if that was just random or not.
