Experience is the best way to learn but you can find guides to fight mechanics in dungeons. For lower level dungeons there are some here:

Make sure you look at the right ones though cause she also has the HARD mode versions for some of the low level dungeons that only happen at level 50. The ones you are after are right down the bottom.
