NPC Linkpearl not glowing when class-specific quest is available

Steps:
1. Achieved Mining Rank 36 just a day ago.
2. Today got to Linette NPC @ Amajina & Sons Mineral Concern (Miners' Guild, Ul'dah) and noticed class-specific quest "Runaway Little Girl" was available even though NPC linkpearl was not glowing on the right of the in-game date & time gadget (located by customization on the left bottom corner of the screen)

I guess NPC linkpearls should glow as soon as another class-specific quest becomes available. Feel free to close this thread if this is working as intended (in which case I'll suggest to revamp NPC linkpearl's system).
