gear damage icon will not dissapear

Help my gear damage icon is stuck on the screen, both visible to me and other players.
I have repaired all equipment in my inventory, shows on every class I choose both geared and naked.

ISP: Century Link
Type of Internet Connection: DSL

Date & Time: started yesterday 8pm mnt time
Frequency: constant since it started

Steps:
1. repaired my gear
2. unequiped my gear
3. changed classes
4. restarted ffxiv
5. rebooted my comp
6. reset my connection
