Ideas for Flying Mounts

Flying mounts destroy all MMO's, because now there are no monsters to pwn you with.

Heh, you speak as though we have monsters to pwn us with right now. The monsters we have don't do any pwning; they just irritate us with weight debuffs.

And who knows? Maybe Heavensward areas WILL have flying monsters that attack flying players, forcing the players to try to find a safe place to land and fight back.

Plus if you want to do any quest or daily you still have to land on ground and kill mobs from ground.
Flying mobs + mount that could fight in sky would be epic. If our dragon mount had for example like .. 4 attacks.

I didn't really want to see any other races ride a snurble, but I always thought it would be a really cute race specific mount. How would it fly though? Perhaps all snurbles hide a pair of epic wings, maybe six or seven hidden winged tufts of hair. Or~ it puffer fish's its hair and body while letting out a noxious rear gas that catches in its hair and causes it to float* through the air... :P. *(to have buoyant quality)
