New Player [PC] Keep DCing/Not Receiving Packets 9002

Things are getting weird while playing. I can go stretches like this morning and be able to play for a few hours no problem. But then tonight i cannot keep an connection with the server. I am not having issues playing other games like League of Legends. Also it seems that when I dc from ARR I lose web access on my browser as well. In its current state I am unable to play the game.
Here are 2 images showing my router portforwarding and my static Ip setup. I dont know what else to do to try and fix the issue.

http://i.imgur.com/o6cOOaF.png These are my router forwards....

and http://i.imgur.com/spKlAtM.png is the static Ip setup.

    Thanks for any help!

Have you tried it without forwarding ports? You really shouldn't need it--that is more a test for bypassing security issues that may be blocking inbound traffic. Generally, the router's firewall should be using stateful inspection and tracking the ports used by your connection already, so NAT should be able to manage things just fine by default. You should only need to forward ports on an additional perimeter device like a Firebox or other similar dedicated security device like you may find in the workplace or perhaps a school/college campus. If you are in such a situation where a hole needs to be punched through a security appliance, you need to include the entire port ranges potentially used by the game---you're missing some of it:

Also, may want to disable UPNP as well. It has been known to be a bit flaky on some routers and cause intermittent problems in the past.

This is beyond ridiculous. I cant even finish a simple quest due to the CONSTANT and i mean constant DC'ing. Its mainly only in peak hours (really my only time to play). My internet connection is not the issue, i can hop on WoW and have not a single problem as far as connection goes. Hell ANY game for that matter i dont have an issue. Any tips to help this would be greatly appreciated. That link up top is only for ps4. As far as ive read not to much we can do about it? hope im wrong, i really do enjoy this game when i can actually play it. I know my money is just a small dent to what they make off everyone but if i cant get around this ill just have to quit. Which would be a shame because as i said i really do enjoy the game.

PS4 or PC is irrelevant when it comes to the ports in use... that was the first post in the search results at SE's FAQ page. Here is a similar post for the PC user... note how both platforms use the same port ranges:

As for the intermittent connectivity during primetime, there is a very strong chance that it is an issue along the route your ISP is assigning you to get to Ormuco in Montreal. WoW is in a different location and you follow a different path to get there... same can apply to other games/services as well. Need to flush out your specific route to the servers in Montreal. It is a known issue amongst a long list if ISP's that are using the big three top tier ISP's to get us up there (Cogent, TATA, and Level3). There are two other peers Ormuco uses as well---one of them is mostly used for access outside of North America, and the fifth one (ALTERNET) is under Verizon's umbrella, but isn't used as much as the other three.

If issues are found between the exchanges for your ISP and Ormuco along those third parties, your ISP may be your best advocate for addressing the issues, as they are the ones opting to put you onto those third party networks in accordance with your ISP's routing policies. In other words, if there are issues occurring before getting completely into Ormuco's network--it falls more under your ISP's responsibilty/power to address than SE. But, you will need to be in touch with a higher tier of support than the guys that typically answer the phone. You will need escalation to Tier3--if they can't/won't provide escalation, you may need to demand to speak with a supervisor until you do. Alternatively, you may cut through to them faster if your ISP has an online support portal you can use. Makes it much easier to submit trace logs and such for them to review.

Here is a blog post from Blizzard about diagnosing connectivity across the internet that may help guide you if you are unfamiliar with what all that entails. It includes addresses to their servers that you can use for additional testing to help draw a contrast and <hopefully> demonstrate the issues lie beyond your localized connectivity and upstream that their higher tiered people need to address. It may also help prod them into action if you can provide similar data to other known services like another game service or things like Google/YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, TwitchTV:

And here are the currently registered DNS names for the lobby servers, in case you don't have the address you actually use for gameplay (can look that up in Resource Monitor once fully logged into the game if you want):

    Canada:
    neolobby02.ffxiv.com
    neolobby04.ffxiv.com
    neolobby06.ffxiv.com

    Japan:
    neolobby01.ffxiv.com
    neolobby03.ffxiv.com
    neolobby05.ffxiv.com

(note that it is possible some of these assignments may change once the EU servers get setup with the 3.0 release)

I disabled UNUP and turned off the portforwarding and static ip stuff and it seemed better for a bit and then dcs started again.
