Been having the same issue for several days now , been on the phone w/ tier 3 asking me all types of crap i have know idea, but when i told him other companies are up and running he instantly said ok im gathering all this info and im gonna research and find what companies we use and ill call u back ..lmao u threaten to leave them then they wanna help you .SE said i was timing out on there end and on mine , u would think after 3 days and even more for others something would be done .
