Can we get a type 0 event?

I'd love to have more glamour options, and we don't have any school costumes in the game yet, unless you count the sailor outfits as that.

I'd personally love Deuce's scarf thing, and Rem's outfit is just adorable.

It would just add variety and I'm a fan of the red/black outfits. For those who haven't played it, it's pretty fun! Check it out.

I'm guessing no since Type-0 was already released, events like that usually take place at the same time of the game launch.

I've heard rumors that Type-0 may be receiving a sequel, in which case it is very possible that we may well get these uniforms. Unless, of course, the Type-X games follow the same pattern of other Final Fantasy titles and tell a very different story in a very different setting with each iteration.

Though I, for one, would certainly welcome the Class Zero uniforms for FFXIV. If anything, they could be veteran rewards like the Cloud costume.

I'd personally love to see more Type-0. It's a very different, very unique Final Fantasy that feels more like some of the older JRPGs: full of death, tragedy, and normal(ish) people trying to get through it. Plus it has a lot of flavor to it. Just the little things, like how people scream when they're lit on fire, or how they beg you "NO, PLEASE DON'T!" if you shoot them in the legs.

Type-1 does not mean Class 1. Type-0 is the position on which the series is in which is why the sequel is called Final Fantasy Type-1.

As the teaser for Final Fantasy Type-1 shown Ace is returning in FF Type-1 so we can probably expect the rest of Class 0 with new looks as well. Most likely set in Ace's new life after reincarnation (got to understand the whole Pheonix and death and reincarnation theme of FF Type series)

The developers did mention a while back that there may be plans for Final Fantasy Type to become a series with the posibility of Final Fantasy Type-2 and Final Fantasy Type-3 and with Final Fantasy Type-1 arriving later he most likely going with his plan to turn it into a series.

While I love fan service, I would prefer FFXIV not to develop a habit of advertising every SE game that gets released in the next decade. New games come out, and maybe some of them are horrible stinkers. Do you want a reminder of that for years to come? Do you want that Jar Jar Binks promotional cup from Pizza Hut sitting in your bedroom until the end of eternity? What about a 1998 Godzilla poster? No, please, anything but that.

I like the Type 0 outfits, so maybe tossing them into the game at some point would be cool. Maybe a gold saucer or veteran reward. Or maybe just have some in-game characters that wear similar clothes. But let's wait a few years and see if they are still remembered fondly.

I think the fact that it's been re-released in HD for the PS4 says it's already a hit with existing fans, and more than likely a big enough demand for it outside of Japan. I don't think they would of redone it if they didn't think it was gonna sell.

As for the SCH, yeah it kinda is, but not everyone wants to run around as (or be restricted to) SCH if they want that kind of look. Plus more variety is always a good thing.
