Error 2002 only on my data center

keep getting error 2002 for my data center
server - midgardsormr
data center - aether

now with this said i can connect to other data centers but my own...this has been goin on since 7am eastern...i have tried all that i can to get on but nothing works...and of course on all days to have a issue is a day the call center is closed :/

anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

i now cant connect to primal or chaos as well and i was able to before

Did some more testing...

Decided to try a tracert to my server, after several hops, the last one it hits is for: if-3-2.tcore1.W6C-Montreal.as6453.net, with an IP of 66.198.96.45.

After that, it's all time-outs.

It's a company called Tata Communications (america), in Montreal, Canada.

So, I don't know if the problem lies there, or with the first hop after it leaves there.. but that's where the problem seems to be. So, I guess we have to wait 'til whom ever deals with this stuff gets it fixed.

It's not affecting friends of mine, whom I guess go through a different provider and, hence, have a different route to the server. They're online and playing fine.

So... hopefully it's fixed soon!

Same here. Primal and Chaos are both giving me the 2002 error.

No way to reach them on the weekends, either.

They have a paid service that runs 24/7, and they provide 0 technical support on the weekends? Nice.

Quick update...

Elemental, Gaia and Mana I can connect to. I can't connect to the others. I'm actually on Chaos, so... no bueno here.

I just tried again same thing here can get on the first 3 but can't on the last 3....getting so mad I pay for a service that's always messed up

Who's your Internet Provider? Mine is Time Warner. I called them and asked if they could help with tracking the issue down... as might be expected, they were pretty much useless. Told me "your modem is showing a strong signal", even after I told them the problem wasn't with my internet connection...
