when they take the time to write a whole sentence, please quote it all to be in context, don't speculate on half of it when the last part explains what they mean.
It doesn't explain it though. In the past they've used "growth" to refer specifically to the effort needed for gaining ranks/levels.

To me, the rest of it was just additional information about what happens in conjunction with adjusted tnls.

They can use the term growth curve for whatever they feel applies o.O

In the past when they were talking about exp needed to gain level, growth curve applied to the amount of exp needed between each level.

This time, the post is about stats allocation, the growth curve refers to the stats you get each level. At lower level you will get less stats per level and gain more and more stats as you level. The only quirk is that as you level, they mentionned that the value of stats will diminish.

•The impact of attributes will decrease as players gain in level; however, the benefits granted by gear will be increased.
maybe I am wrong too, I could be, but the way I understand it is about stats not tnl exp required since the whole post is about stats allocation. But maybe they do refer to the tnl.
