Would be nice to know if this meant more or less exp needed per level. Would hate to dump a lot of unnecessary effort into useless exp this close to the update. The growth curve will be revised

I don't think it will be increased. They will probably balance the retarded situation we currently have of getting 1-20 in about two hours. Make 1-30 a bit more relevant and take some off the 40s.

I don't think you are reading it right. It's not the growth curve of exp needed to level up, it's the growth curve of the stats you gain per level.
omg if they used the PL breakdown for ranks.... X_X
300k+ XP per rank in the 40's? No thanks lol
this is the whole quote:
when they take the time to write a whole sentence, please quote it all to be in context, don't speculate on half of it when the last part explains what they mean.•The growth curve will be revised, with each gain in level to be accompanied by greater increases in attributes.
It doesn't explain it though. In the past they've used "growth" to refer specifically to the effort needed for gaining ranks/levels.
To me, the rest of it was just additional information about what happens in conjunction with adjusted tnls.
They can use the term growth curve for whatever they feel applies o.O
In the past when they were talking about exp needed to gain level, growth curve applied to the amount of exp needed between each level.
This time, the post is about stats allocation, the growth curve refers to the stats you get each level. At lower level you will get less stats per level and gain more and more stats as you level. The only quirk is that as you level, they mentionned that the value of stats will diminish.
maybe I am wrong too, I could be, but the way I understand it is about stats not tnl exp required since the whole post is about stats allocation. But maybe they do refer to the tnl.•The impact of attributes will decrease as players gain in level; however, the benefits granted by gear will be increased.

I think perhaps some people need to re-read what is plainly put on paper here. The stat growth is being adjusted not the rate of EXP growth. As has been stated, the entire thread is about stat growth rates. What they are likely going for (end effect) is similar to what we have now.
High growth at low levels, low growth at higher levels. Meaning the stat difference in a player from 1-10 will be very different than a player ranked 40-50. I would think this allows more for people ranked 45-50 to be able to party together and partake in content.
Right now we get low points to put into stats, but each stat increase takes 1 or 2 points, where high levels can take 3-4 points per stat. Effectively turning 28 allocation points in 7-9 stat points.
Now it sounds like they want to get say 8 stat points per level early on, and say 4 stat points during the higher levels. This lowers the strength gap between players at higher rank, but still allows those with more play-time to have a slight edge. Yet not a crippling edge, over casual players.
