Note that if we follow the logic that Nanamo is safe because she shows up in the Culinarian quests, it also means we won't be bringing Lolorito to justice any time soon. Bit of a double edged sword.

And why would you want to bring Lolorito to justice, pray tell? The evil Lalafell is Teledji Adeledji, in case you mixed them up.

"To Justice" was probably a poor choice of words on my part, since I'm uncertain if Lolorito has done anything Illegal persay ((Can't recall if he's involved in the Ul'dah starter missions, and I haven't leveled a Paladin, which I hear he may be involved in maybe)), but he is certainly a dick who's karmic retaliation is to be made to look like a fool everyso often.
Lolorito is a douche, but he's a not a particularly traitorous douche, unlike Teledji. He's very utilitarian and business-oriented, and given the wealth and control that he has, a conversion from a sultanate to a republic probably wouldn't change his influence all that much. Lolorito won't be able to be as direct as he was in the past, but a good businessman is 'adaptive.'"To Justice" was probably a poor choice of words on my part, since I'm uncertain if Lolorito has done anything Illegal persay ((Can't recall if he's involved in the Ul'dah starter missions, and I haven't leveled a Paladin, which I hear he may be involved in maybe)), but he is certainly a dick who's karmic retaliation is to be made to look like a fool everyso often.
Nanamo's proposal isn't redistributing wealth to the populace, she's just trying to make political power more 'representative'. She admits that Lolorito would probably find her naive, which is probably true; Lolorito would most likely be one of the first to exploit the new system.

Thats the reason for, after the events of 2.55 if Nanamo survives, thats she will regret her desicion of making Ul'dah a republic and will try to make an stronger monarchy.Lolorito is a douche, but he's a not a particularly traitorous douche, unlike Teledji. You say that like there can be only one evil Lalafell. Lolorito's been an "evil" character since the beginning, and TelAdel is just the guy they came up with to work around Lolorito's essential flag. Anyone who started in Ul'dah with 2.0 knows Lolorito needs to be taken down more than a few pegs. I'm really looking forward to stomping some Brass Blades in the next patch.
I've been anticipating that for a long time. Dude has Eddard Stark syndrome worse than Eddard Stark himself. Kan-E is also vulnerable for the same reasons, but we haven't seen her siblings in a major MS context yet aside from a few walk-ons (which is a completely different reason for her to get bumped off at some point). Again, I don't want anyone to die, but "death" and "only technically not death" seem to be the only way the writers feel that stories can be given weight. I guess someone major losing a limb or something would be too difficult a subject to handle.
Tuesday feels so far off...
