We all know the the event quest in ff14 are meh. Lets come up with some ideas on how to make them more entertaining and more meaningful.

A good example IMO was phantasy star universe events. Here are some quick examples for you to look at. Scroll to the bottom and look at the rewards. (Don't know how to link images)

As you can see during the course of the event . The server is working towards a goal on unlocking all the panels and getting the reward items. Giving players an idea what to look forward to and getting on to play.

How would this work in Final Fantasy 14
1. Instead of it being a synth bonus switch it to a meld bonus by 10%
2. Event reward Items could be anything but has to be exclusive to the event . Meaning you could only get this item during the event. ( Make the items sell-able )
3. When adding new area to the event. Just open up a alternative path . Example halatali .

How to impliment such events in Final Fantasy 14
1. Put the limited time event quests in Duty finder.
2. Let the event queue be like Carteneau Flats 4-8 players. Meaning quick queue times for everyone. Also let people join in progress of course.
3. If players are missing a healer or tank . Let the players switch classes just like Carteneau Flats . Has to be within a certain area.
4. Make sure to have different difficulty for the event. Hard/Extreme/Raid
