So, I just checked the recently added FAQ by the devs, cool to know all that info and even made by areas!


But, I still having a doubt, perhaps dumb doubt, but a doubt sills...

Okay, me and my sister play together, We both have our own account each, she has her account, I have my account. (SE account) And we bought time ago the FFXIV with each account....

But, now, however, it seems that we need, in order to buy, to make an account in the European Square Enix store, yes or yes... So, here goes my question...

If I purchase two collector editions with my Square Enix Store Account, can it be used in different Square Enix accounts? For example, one code used in my sis's acount and the other one on mine? Does it mean that, by receiving the code via email, we can use it in whatever account we want?

Note: Square Enix account != Square Enix Store account




And here comes the dark secret question: In case people is able to buy a lot of codes, and these codes could be used by anyone regardless of account, Would people just be able to exploit these and sell expansion codes in-game for taking items? (Similar to eternal bond platinum rings and metallic dies trauma of 2.45)
