    Feedback: The Dev Response could be much better.

    So when I see that there is a community manager... with a team behind him just to specifically deal in the general report of the community... It saddens me to see just how little response we have here.

    Looking at the Dev Tracker, there have been 2 responses today. 5 Yesterday and 5 on the 18th all of which were on the same topic.

    Players are reporting legitimate bugs, having technical issues after making the purchase and they are getting no response from someone who matters.

    You can and absolutely should do better!

    Say something! Say anything! Let us know you're there.

    Just happened to randomly glance at the Icon Legend...

    You know there's a little icon that shows every topic I've posted in. Surely an icon that displayed that a Dev has "viewed" a topic would tell the community that our issues have been at minimum reviewed even if not responded to.
