I contacted SE Customer Support regarding my Veteran Rewards status being "off"...

Agent Melinda: Hello #####. When you registered the PS3 game on your account, it came with a 30 Day Free Trial. The Free Trial period is not included for Veteran Rewards.
You: So, I am penalized for that?
You: How do I get "caught up". Right now, I have to wait nearly half a year to get the latest Veteran Awards
Agent Melinda: You are not penalized. It's just that the 30 Free Days don't count towards the Veteran's Rewards.

You: So, since other players have that already, and we've been playing (and paying) the same time, minus 30 days, shouldn't I be at 690 days then?
Agent Melinda: You can only receive it, if you were consistently paying with no pauses of somesort. It is possible you may have missed a subscription in between. I was going to respond that I have not missed any payments in my subscription, in fact, I've been subscribed since Day 1 of 1.0. I'm unhappy that because the PS3 CE purchase gave me 30 "free" days I now am 30 days behind everyone else for rewards; however, that's not the full case as I tried to explain.

Sorry SE, but I want to know how I get my account "caught up" in your system. As it stands, I consistently have to wait nearly half a year to get the rewards other players get the day they're released. Just fix it!!!
