London 2014 Fanfest Art submission

Hello my lovely co-players! I apologize if this has already been addressed somewhere else and this is the wrong place for this post, but I'm hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction.

I had the glorious opportunity to attend the Fanfest in London. In excitement I submitted a piece of art, simply for the joy and experience of being a part of something so close to my heart.

Words cannot describe my happiness when it was announced that, not only with these pieces, printed on high-quality canvas no less, be returned to the artists but additionally (oh, be still, my beating heart!) /signed/ by the team! *_*

It's now 5 months later, and while I understand that this takes time, I am disappointed that I haven't heard anything about this yet.

Did I completely misunderstand something in my happiness-induced delirium? Have the pieces already been sent, but mine is lost in the mail? Please, can someone point me in the right direction?

I believe you misunderstood. They only returning of artwork to the artist is if it was a physical submission (like the clay statue/ handmade submissions that were mailed to SE.) and the only thing being signed I believe were SE related goods like the SE official art print poster that the overall winner had gotten.
xD anyone can come and correct me if im wrong.
