    need help cannot,contact in game gms

    It won't let me reply to a gm. I've done this a few times,before but it doesn't let me send or read there replys ingame.. I,originally bought the wrong poetics rings and they said I could exchange it... After that I can't type to reply or see there reply..

    For an item removal/recovery, the process usually takes a while. Lately they have had their hands full with RMT activity as well. And as for your name change, it is recorded on your profile already, given it shows your characters info under it, and name changes ingame take effect once you log for at least roughly an hour. It may not be the help you were looking for, but hopefully this eases your anxiety some.
