hello. this idea is to help keep the way SE said they would like to allow newer players the ability to be able to progress towards end-game quicker.

as the game gets continuously expanded, it will take longer and longer for new players to reach end-game.


what i propose is that after a certain amount expansion to the game, older content will have individual loot systems. now i have seen this in other games. and even in those games were some exceptions on certain items to be excluded from the individual loot system. but i can't really say what those exceptions would be in this game.

it shouldn't cause any harm to do this to older content. even if the system is always one expansion behind. like implement individual loot for 2.0 when 4.0 comes out. but i think it is better to implement on 2.0 as 3.0 goes live. but maybe not, i don't know.
