There is a lot that was purchased 5 going on 6 weeks ago in my ward. The purchaser has thus far refused to build the house on the lot. How long until this reverts to the "bank"? I know the rules stated that the owner must enter the home every so many days or it reverts, but how does that effect a plot of land where the owner refuses to build? From a "neighborhood" perspective I would like to see someone who actually wants to build and decorate their house move in.
