It's funny that you're asking for 'traditional' ninja outfits, but what you mean by that is the traditional kabuki stagehand outfit that was 'adopted' for the ninja in entertainment. 'Traditional' (and by that I mean *real life*) ninja were superspies. They didn't have a 'uniform.' They wore whatever was necessary for the job, and quite often dressed like peasants.

Pretty much all of their gear is pallet swaps of Monk gear, yet they still divided them into separate sets - further diluting the chance of getting a drop you want from anything introduced from 2.4...when they merged everything from before then into Monk gear for Nins anyway -_-. If the Ninja stuff actually looked unique I wouldn't mind so much.

outside gear, what bother me more is the weapon, so far as ninja-like armor we had the yoshimitsu... the sasuke is not a ninja weapon they are thief weapon, most of the other weapon added are one more time dagger.... i really do hope to see more true ninja weapon too.
