Culinary Leves - Please Fix

When I first hit R15 with my culinarian, I went to LL and was offered 2 R20+ local leves. Since then, FOR 5 RESETS, I've not been offered a SINGLE R20 leve.

Now, you may say this isn't broken, and that may well be the case, but if this is working 'as intended' I assert this is STILL BROKEN ><

To make this even more annoying, 2/3 R15 leves I did tonight didn't give any GM's either.

Don't ever wonder why so many people have just up and left this game. It could be one or two big things, or a dozen or so annoyances like this ><

After a while, you'll have more marks than you'll know what to do with. Honestly. You'll get more once you get into the R30+ leves.

edit: but then again, it seems like you should know this, already.
