You know what's worse than the RMT spam?

What server? On Excalibur I average maybe 1 an hour. And I hardly ever get a repeat tell from the same guy so I just stopped bothering to blacklist them altogether.

Lucky you. I must have received them almost on cd.

I hate that so much. I made a new character and someone invited me more than 3 times after declining and when i confront him he said he didnt care, not even an apology. At least rmt now are polite and wish me a good day lol

I know right? These days I find myself almost doing a /r to RMTs to wish them a good day as well.

In all seriousness it might be worth considering finding an FC to join. There are a lot of perks that make life easier (such as company buffs and the FC chest) in addition to having folks to hang out with and talk to.
And if what they say about the expansion is true...there will be quite a few good reasons to join.

I guess the invites would be annoying, I do get fed up turning them down on my alt... I have to say that I find the obnoxiously long FC shouts as annoying as RMT. As much as I know people want to promote themselves, nothing says "desperate" than an FC shouting constantly about how they have perks and weekly competitions with prizes and how great they are, along with the PST tagged onto the end. Guys, if you want to recruit members, play the game and talk to people personally, don't tell-bomb them, and stop shouting. Walk up to the person and engage them in a conversation...

They need to add an "Ignore FC invites" and "Ignore Friend invites" option to the settings - WoW has these.
