Spell casting animation glitch from a passive mode status

Is the point of this thread to talk about that specific animation problem, or are you meaning any animation problems that happen when you start fighting in passive mode?

Anyway. I've never had it happen quit like in the video, usually it happens like this.

1 try to cast a spell in passive mode
2 nothing happens
3 the chat window says the enemy takes damage
4 my character takes out her weapon
5 she is then stuck in the casting-magic animation.

This can continue for several rounds of battling.

I wrote it: I have the problem in the video only when I try to cast a spell without selecting active mode first... Maybe it is a Miqote bug
