Losing the RMT spam war SE?

Ive never had RMT personal messaging spam this bad in any game ive played.

Same, and like I mentioned...EQ2 and Rift, both of which are still arguably populated, have both completely nuked it with simple restrictions that make it pretty much impossible lol.
