You can get 2, I accidentally put 2 physical ps4 CE copies on cart and tried adding another during the fiasco of the launch. At 2 in cart going on 3, it told me I had attempted to order too many of the product, and when I looked, I had actually put in 2 physical ps4 and a physical pc CE, so I put 3 in the cart, so you can order more than one.

Edit: I have no need for more than one copy, as I only play for realizes on ps4, and the additional copies were mistakes that I had *fortunately caught before purchasing. I have only bought one heavensward.
