I Pre-Ordered the expansion for myself no problem, but when I try to pre order it from my friend's account it says failed, maybe because he's from another Country? I don't know. Anyway, is it possible to pre order the expansion twice from my account and provide the second code to my friend ?

We're both using EU Accounts.
