Um first you done the check list, take off the Zenith you wish to upgrade, check all atma in inventory i know you probably all ready know this or have done it and i to thought i did it until i checked again.

Try reloging into the game maybe it needs to update or something.

Make sure armory and inventory have space. And try relog then talk again.
