スレッド: Need paladin for FCoB static starting on T12 progression. (see details)

EDIT: We found a paladin but we may have a DPS spot opening up however... or maybe we won't. I'll bump the thread if anything opens up again.

We are looking to complete T12 and T13 (already downed 10 and 11) before the nerfs hit FCoB. We will be power raiding and are looking for fast learners and people who have their own awareness. We are looking for a flexible schedule during the evenings mostly (eastern standard time around 7-8PM availability.)

This is a different kind of static as we are a group of people who play better without voice chat software so we will not be using it. We are not haters of voice chat or anything so please don't misunderstand, we literally play better and focus better on fight mechanics and learn better without the distraction of voices.

Another thing to note is that you MUST be willing to take criticism to improve. We hand out criticism to everyone equally in the group and are firm believers that the key to success is owning up to your own mistakes and faults and willingness to improve yourself. No one is perfect and everyone has to learn, but no learning gets done with false pride.
