Character Creation Options!

I remember everyone being so excited to create their characters and how they thought they'd spend hours doing so, which I never understood simply because features such as pupil size or what have you are not going to be noticable in the game and provide no uniqueness among players.
That being said, I support this thread.

Well sort of, its more noticeable in down time than action obviously, but if the process of character creation is involved enough you do stop to look at what other people made...

and sometimes take screenshots.

uhhh my point is yeah not everyone is going to look at it (unless you're that guy from the first apb picture) but people will notice and its nice when they do

They don't have to make any new class or something so complicated. If/when they add more character creation options they could provide everyone (all characters that at that given time exist) to edit their character one time in character creation for free.

After that perhaps never, or it could be an option to do it for a small real life fee.

In Aion they have this feature, a cosmetic surgeon. It will let you re-edit your character in character creation screen. And so they have added more options and hairstyles (yes cause they 48 or something they started wasn't good enough.. lol) as the game has aged. I think now there is up to 60 hairstyles

i don't see why i would pay for it as it would not require any extra assistance from SE or anyone to change the look of my character. In-game money? Thats ok.
Barbershops to change haircuts and hair-color (need more haircuts too) and maybe special items to change the other features. More tattoos (cool tattoos, no marker scribbles on the face)

PS: i love it how no one wants to post the 10th post on a page in long threads... they always go down till someone makes the 10th and then BAM 9 new replies

I would not pay to remodel my character. If they added new CC features everyone should get one free re-model. The customization options are currently a joke and no one should have to pay for a re-model. Down the line after a free re-model having a customization shop IN-GAME that takes gil is fine, but not real cash. The game itself is badly in need of worthwhile money sinks.

Maybe you two didn't read the entire thread, which I don't blame you for since it is so long but this was mentioned before (page 8) that with the addition of new options all existing players at that time should get a one time option to re-customize their character It would only be fair.

However, I would be happy if they just added new stuff. I don't mind making a new character or paying a small fee. I have been playing free for months anyway. Whats 1 month's fee to make your character be what you want it to be?

Well more character options would be welcomed, or , as most of modern game, a complex face creation system. Just look at what eve pulled in incursion. amazing piece of editor. stil its quite far awa from what APB had/will have. probably best character customisation everincluding completly customisable clothing ( you can really put almost every pattern you imagine on them)
