We spoke with Yoshida and he said that of course, while these kinds of suggestions and ideas will take some time, they do have plans for it in the future! Now if only you could get us an answer about the missing genders. That is part of Character Creation/Customization though so maybe its included but I can't hope blindly, Need a proper answer from the new leads.
