Up in Arms bugged?

I am currently farming atmas for gae bolg upgrade, however quest shows up as complete. I have not finished the quest, only other thing I had done was start Pld quest for relic weapon/shield.

it automatically goes to complete. thats how it works.

And if you need to see what Atams you still need just look under journal.

Also good luck finding them all, I just recently finished my ninja weapon and it took me a whole weekend to get but it was worth it in the end.

The moving to Complete after talking to NPC explains my confusion. It just doesn't make sense if you are not aware that's how it works. Thanks for the responses. Case closed.
