Yeah I would like to get a separate space for FC housing and player housing. But I also want all of the amenities we find in the Inns inside my own house/room.

my FC mate saw you can craft the Armoire ..im guessing it would be the same as the one in the INNs

I don't think charging real money for housing would be a smart move for a game with a subscription model.
Heck, I wouldn't even mind if the pricing of houses remained the same for both. I just wish Free Companies still had their own space, because then new FCs wouldn't be locked out of this (I believe) pretty important content. :v I don't think it's fair for Free Companies to be unable to get houses because all the rich players claimed them as their personal home.
"I'm OK. This rock broke my fall."
All I can say is, the current housing system doesn't scale well.
They have 1000s of players per server and from the looks of it they will never be able to make available to every player a house should they choose to acquire one.
The system is in need of a redesign.
PS: I never played FFXI. How did they do housing in that?

I wish they add the ability to remove like primal furniture because what if we upgrade our house we lose all our primal stuff.

They actually didn't have housing like ARR - instead each player was automatically given a room called a 'Mog House' that you could immediately access right at the start, and could furnish at will. It should be noted however that Mog Houses served a specific purpose unrelated to gameplay - they actually designed to improve server stability by providing a location that effectively removed a player from the world (this is why why you couldn't invite other players inside your Mog House for many years). In some respects they were very much like an Inn Room except with far less restrictions.
Either way, I agree Company and Personal housing has to be separated - it's only compounded the lack of availability of land on more populated servers. Now if housing was purely for vanity, it wouldn't be a problem. But as SE have locked certain content behind owning a house (currently chocobo raising, and with Heavensward, constructing your own airship that will be necessary to access certain expansion areas), it's made it that housing is effectively gating content, and that if things continue the way they are, there will come a time very soon that those joining the game will effectively be locked out of undertaking said content, simply because there will be no land available.
Thus, a solution to the lack of availability of land needs to be found as soon as possible.

Crystal bell is available for your house now.
IMHO they should just do the Mog House thing again except make it a plot of land instead of a house. They actually didn't have housing like ARR - instead each player was automatically given a room called a 'Mog House' that you could immediately access right at the start, and could furnish at will. Let us build our house inside that plot of land - possible overseeing a variety of environments, e.g. a house near a river, at the edge of a cliff ...
With luck, the land can be huge, there will be no zoning when entering and leaving the house (of course you will have to zone to get to your plot), and we can have a high item limit.
Even if it has a limit to the number of players that can be on the land at once, 17 for Mog House according to the ffxiclopedia, it's better than no house.
PS:
One of the most annoying things about the current house system is that you can't move the primary ceiling light. I rather they give us houses that are pre-partitioned with light attachment points in the center of each room than allow us to set the partitions as we see fit but with only one light in the center - so awkward when one room is crazy bright due to the partition walls being close to light, while the rest are shrouded in darkness because the partition walls blocked off the light.
