We really need FC housing to have its own space again, though. Separate from the personal houses.
Personal housing completely killed any chance for new Free Companies to get a house for the upcoming content.
Implementing personal housing this fast wasn't really a good idea. I can understand people demanded it, but I'm sure a lot of people would go back on their word now, seeing the trouble it's caused.
"I'm OK. This rock broke my fall."

I would not be a fan of putting anything housing in the cash shop. SE just needs to get their act together and fix housing. The fix should be a part of all the money we already pay to them each month. $150/yr is a lot of money for a video game.
I still don't understand why that amount of money can't cover a few extra minions in game.... cash shop for sub game is so lame... X_X
Yeah i know but to play a game and after a years of crafting you only make 300k gil .. some say its easy yeah selling high gear and mats ... to sell those or craft those need to meld gear to meld gear need alot of gil.. to make gil need to farm and craft low one but when you find one that make good money you not the only one who saw that so the thing that was selling 1k gil end up in 1-2 day selling 100gil each .. and you sold nothing and wasted 1-2 day farming and crafting with shard that are 40-70gil each .. no profit. and like i said people make alt to get more house. mean 7 alt +main ..8house .. i dont know how many people each server but im sure there alot ... in hyperion must be over 50k ... so 400 000house needed and + FC that need house too there is alot of FC ..and im sure in low populated server there is rich people .. in the new server my collegue of work said they bought a mansion in a week farming so there is alot of rich people so that will easely fill up fast enough by alts.
It would have been nice if the inn room we got had been a mog house like in ffxi, except apply the same idea to an individual house instead of just a single room. It wouldn't be a part of a neighborhood like the current housing is, but at least it would give everyone a chance to have a house and do housing things.
i remember that from FFXI .. i loved it small room you put your furniture and you had space to put stuff and Armo stand and the pot for plant.... But i love my FC house but when you want to plant something .. you plant something and someone plant something next of it and you end up not getting what you were supposed to get -.- tired getting gysal green seedIt would have been nice if the inn room we got had been a mog house like in ffxi, except apply the same idea to an individual house instead of just a single room. It wouldn't be a part of a neighborhood like the current housing is, but at least it would give everyone a chance to have a house and do housing things.

So you don't even have the gil to buy a house, yet you are complaining about the lack of plots, there's a difference between making content accessible to more people, and selling it for money, it is content, the same way tomestones and armor are content, houses are not small vanity items or mounts, There are better solutions to solve this problem, and turning content into a cash shop vanity service is the worst one.
I for one can say, without any doubt, that if SE decides to SELL CONTENT, i will cancel my subscription and never come back to this game, these house prices better be high enough to cover the losses caused, because there's enough people in this game who had to work hard to obtain a house, just to see how some random guy can buy a house with $.
And you even want to make them better, based on one of your posts...
vanity is content too then .... i mean house dont help you get strong that what i mean ... you dont seem to get the difference ..i dont talk about content and vanity or small size of date it take ...i talk similar of balance of how its help in the game.....selling powerfull weapon would be a disbalance ... but a house is same as selling retainer its give more space to put stuff in it .... im not talkiing how big is to the server or if its content
i mean better ... cos maybe you didnt see the drawing i saw i got it in my head they showed it before 2.0 while showing the 3 different zone for FC ... but its desapear maybe they got rid of it but i remember it ..
wow you will stop playing if they sell content ... humm retainer(you can have 2 more from optional retainer) help alot of people to store thing in it , sell more thing with it .. and even do more venture so get more gear ..you say that not content but that help alot of people to make gils and sell more high craft stuff. i don't understand you?
i understand about working hard .. i play since 1.0 ... and i still have hard time im not hardcore .. i take my time i prefer that then just being on it. i pay whole 1.0 while only play 1-3 hour a week ... that how i got the legacy but normaly the house was not suposed to be with FC they way they talked was supposed and we hoped to be seperated. and like i said many buy those how and i remmerber some talked in many forum would sell them back higher price ..that like not fun
and i dont have gil cos hard to make ... and i complain not enough plot yeah ..and the leave fast before i can even make the gil for it ..4m ...yeah right ill make that over the a week when some drop the price of stuff i sell so low ....
..for calling me a random guy ...hum everyone are random guy ... or maybe cos for you im random guy and for you a random guy not allowed to give suggestion or idea ... i got the right to give idea. you have to right to not like it that true. i have to right to explain what i mean in my ideas. but to call me random like if i have no right to talk on here ??? then the forum should be empty since the start. no one is special here we are all equal to talk about every idea we think.

You clearly fail to understand parts of the game, lets just say, having a 3rd retainer is unnecessary, it gives 0 advantages, besides having more storage, which again is not necessary, as you can store all you need in just 2, about the ventures, you'll not make enough ventures to pay 3 retainers every day non stop, more ventures requires more work for the player, a lot, the same with selling more, not to mention, if you sell too many of an item, the price will fall, so you even have to have a very diverse stock.
Now about the gil, i'm very lazy making gil, but i managed to make 2.9m in a month back when housing was released to help with our FC house, if after 1 year you have only made 300k you're doing it terribly wrong, and it's your fault not a game flaw, if you want to buy a house with money because you are bad making gil or don't have time to play, i recommend you play and pay Archeage.
To this point this thread seems to be more about, "i want to buy a house with $" than making housing more accessible.

Personal Housing exists in the game, its just on the same areas that Free Company houses are. Originally they said they would be on a different from FC Housing and that the cost would be substantially less, however, when they finally launched it, they add 2 more locations for housing, which FCs could still access and the pricing wasn't reduced. It was exactly the same as FC Housing. So technically, yes, you can go out and buy a house right now, but you'll need quite a bit of gil and its likely you won't find the plot of land you want either.
They did mention, however, that with the release of 3.0 they're hoping to expand housing further and introduce even more "zones", I forget their technical name, to the game allowing people to get a house and have a few more options.
