PS4 Pre-Order Question

Because there have not been enough threads for the expansion already I figured I would add one more.

I recently pre-ordered Heavensward for the PS4 from Gamestop. When I redeemed the code online today, it said that there are no codes available at this time but I will be notified via email when a code is available.

Anyone else have this issue? Just making sure I am not alone on this one.

The code will not be useable now, they usually let you know when in advance.

My Wife pre-ordered her copy, when she goes to the pre-order site and clicks the part to see the code, she sees that the code for the PS4 is pending, I pre-ordered the pc copy I see my codes but she don't, do you see your code or does it say pending?

Where did you guys even see a code? I put 5 dollars down on it the other day, and it was nowhere to be found on the receipt or anything.

Not to start a new thread, can anyone find the PS4 digital collector's edition anywhere? I've looked at the NA and EU stores and can only find PC digital + physical and the PS4 physical editions.
Maybe it's just me that's blind.

From what I've seen, we just have to wait for it. It will eventually be out on the PS Store, but there is not a date as to when it will be on there.

Please allow us to clarify about pre-orders for the PlayStation versions of Heavensward in Europe.

Previously, Grekumah stated that while the digital versions of Heavensward are not yet available to pre-order on the PlayStation Network (both PS3/PS4) they will be available in the future.

Please bear in mind that this is referring to North America specifically.

On our end, we are currently working with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe to launch pre-orders for the digital PS3/PS4 version of Heavensward (including pre-order bonuses) on the PlayStation Store too.
We will be sure to follow up with further information as soon as it's available.
