Password reset not working.

Emails enabling a password reset are not being sent or are not arriving at a player's Email, making it impossible to log into the game if a password reset is necessary.

Evidently this problem is limited to AOL. Talked to Support (twice). They were very helpful and courteous. In the end, I had to create a non-AOL Email for the account so they could get the password reset information to me. This worked. Thank you Support.
