Password reset not working.

Emails enabling a password reset are not being sent or are not arriving at a player's Email, making it impossible to log into the game if a password reset is necessary.

Evidently this problem is limited to AOL. Talked to Support (twice). They were very helpful and courteous. In the end, I had to create a non-AOL Email for the account so they could get the password reset information to me. This worked. Thank you Support.

I had this earlier, the auto email when trying to log in didn't come through, but when I went to the website itself and manually requested a password reset it eventually came through.

Getting really sick of the oversensitive login protection forcing me to reset my password on almost a daily basis because I'm on a non-static IP, and it doesn't help when the reset emails constantly either get flagged as spam or just straight-up fail to come through...

Add a security token to your account (either physical hardware one or software on your phone) and that it'll avoid that security check even when you log in from a different IP (since only you should be able to generate your one time password from the security token). You also get to mark any teleport location in the game as free as well!

If you use the software one, make sure you keep a record of your emergency removal password that it gives you in case you lose your phone etc!
