Think I would try all.
Astro seems being a barrier stance and healer stance. Guessing it's weeker versions but jack of all healer traits or party's would want one Astro in healer stance and one Astro in barrier stance as go to raid teams.

Mech sounds different with the idea of reloads. Said there is even a cast time so have to find make sure your time your reloads so your not getting hit from a area attack. Or guess you cant dps without bullets?

DRK seems to be coolest. My main is magic and my alt is War so idea there is a Magic type tank sounds reply neet and I wonder if you can cross class skills from casters. Like Pld does with whm.

I'd be most interested in DRK, since I'm a tank. Played DRK a lot in FFXI, but it'll certainly be a different flavor this time around.

Plus the whole two-foot tall master of evil and darkness is great.

planning on leveling my bard and going through story until i unlock the dragon mount <3..<3 then will be switching to machinist as a main looks so much better then my bards silly outfits lol XD

Definitely going to be a Machinist first because of the turrets and the reload/attachment mechanics. I'll probably try them all out though as they seem very interesting. My main early access struggle, aside from still being a Catboy and not a glorious male Au Ra, is going to be deciding between taking Machinist to 50 quickly and then starting the MSQ, or doing the MSQ as one of my previous 50s. Lore is addicting to me so that's going to be a struggle.

Assuming Machinist's Turrets will be similar to totems for stats buff/debuff then I'll be onboard that train!

I like smn/sch and I also like brd. Combining them together will be nice. Since many BRDs are so focused on their DPS to not bother playing songs (due to decreasing their dps) maybe Machinists wont have the same mechnics, hopefully
