Ironworks Weapons and Gear

So I know in Syracus Tower we were able to get the necessary materials to upgrade out gear for those of us who really aren't interested in coil. I see that they didn't do that this time with World of Darkness (I took a 4 month break so I'm late to the party).

I don't understand why people who really have no interest in coil can't obtain Encrypted Tomestone's with out doing coil again. I loved T1-5. I liked T6-9 but it was such a pain keeping a static together. I've given up completely on the final coil until that thing is nerfed to hell because i don't have the time like I used to.

I'm guessing either until the next patch or the expansion comes out this is my life then. Either a Shiva weapon or my 110 Rowena weapon. (please don't mention relic. That whole quest line bothers me like no other. It's not even a grind, its a gil sink.)

Was this actually confirmed? Because the last I checked they just stated the lockout would be removed from WoD nothing was specifically said about the tome.

The only thing I found about WoD was this http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...12#post2836412 and ti just says weekly limit will be lifted. Nothing about the items

I'm sure they'll be added eventually. The expansion isn't until June.

It's only a gil sink if you make it one. Three stat weapons are viable. *shrugs*

The grind is pretty real, though.

I put down maybe 5mil on my SS and DET on blm. With some failed infuse. not that bad if you know how to craft or sb
