    Cannot Complete Titan Ex Quest

    I have emailed several time from in the game with no helpful response yet. I today emailed several times from the contact us part of the square-enix website and had no luck either. Why will no one fix the bug that was created last weekend when the servers went down. At least give me a response back.

    I completed Titan Ex and when i left the trial i was immediately kicked off form the server, as where several other people apparently because i read the servers went down. It shows i have the item needed to complete the quest in my inventory. It shows in the description that i have beat him. However when i click to open the map it says map cannot open at this time and when i go to the NPC i cannot turn in the quest.

    I am becoming very frustrated with not getting an answer back on this issue.

    Do you mean the Quest where you have to optain the key-items from all EX-Primals?
    If so, just to make sure, do you have the other 2 items?
