Streamline declined friend requests

Since RMTs are also spamming friend requests I'd like to suggest that declining requests be streamlined.

Currently one must:

1. decline request
2. confirm
3. bring up friend list
4. select and decline again
5. confirm

all requests should time out just as FC invites, or at least accept the initial decline.


[edit] now that I think about it, it may be a bug in the UI, there's no reason why a character should be added to my friend list when I declined the request... I'll go and post over there.
