Like, this is normal price for an expansion. The only exception is people from the UK I believe where we are having to pay extra from the rest of the world... But yeah, its a normal price for an expansion I believe.

Have fun not playing 3.0 is all that can be said unless you have a change of heart.
The digital CE for $60? That is$20 less than any other company charges for digital CE's
Standard Edition for $40?? ALSO $20 less than any other company charges for expansions.
Where do you get way overpriced at? Where have you played a game that sells expansions for less? Everquest still sells expansions at 60 a pop.... STANDARD 80 for CE. Where have you been the past decade?

I'd say Duuude is pretty much on point in his estimations. Stryder, Blu-Rays run $20-30 tops and figurines like the dragon in the CE are pretty expensive $40-$50 range (or more). I think SE already has an art book on their store (yes, they do, just checked) and it's $40 just for that.
So all in all it's actually a pretty nice deal.
If you think that statue is going to be close to being worth 40-50, you will be unpleasantly surprised.I'd say Duuude is pretty much on point in his estimations. The thing is a little larger than an Amiibo, wich runs at an MSRP of $13.
I wasn't sure what was on the blu-ray, so that's why I bumped it up to $40. Knock it down to 30 and the book up to 20 and you have the target.

are you sure you know the price tags for SE figurines ? ($30-40 for "mini" figurines. Some sell for way more than $100, and aren't that much larger than the dragon)
production/shipping/taxes (well, there are taxes on digital products too so...) aren't what make the price of a video game.
Please point me to a figure that small that cost $100 by square-enix.are you sure you know the price tags for SE figurines ? ($30-40 for "mini" figurines. Some sell for way more than $100, and aren't that much larger than the dragon)

There are currently $30 figures on the store right now that are following the line of the other various chibi art style. Then there are the $40 super hero figurines, which the liscensing fee to produce those alone is enough explanation.
Anyway, all I am saying is giving it a $20 msrp on the statue is a good estimate, and that may even be too much.

the NA store has nothing I could see without licensing rights, so I went on mine (EU store) :

these are a bit taller because human shaped, but the quality should be around the same. And they're from 60 to 80 euros. (not $100 because not licensing problem, but still way more than $30)
you need 1 copy per account AND per platform.
So yeah you'll need 2 copies for your wife and yourself.
And you'd need an other one if you had a PS4 linked to either of your accounts, and a 4th copy if both accounts were linked to the PS4, etc etc...

Digital items have the value people put in it. And it's quite high tbh
