Alternatively you can go to http://eu.square-enix.com and check your Profil Information your codes shoud be shown there.
Just got home from work and yes another email come through Only too 3.5hours lol but I have both codes now.
SE also got back to me with an email saying:
We thank you for your interest in Square Enix games.

Please note that emails are sent by batch. we would therefore ask for your patience until the second item arrives.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
But all is ok now that I have to codes. Hopefully everyone else has this issue solved too.
